  : Expensive- for that price, should have come with breakfast. Also thought we would stay in main hotel building, not across the street.

  : I ordered and paid the most expensive, two bedroom apartment for trip with my family. The room didn't look like on the pictures, with old, very used furniture and old bathrooms. It was early February and freezing outside so when we came we asked on reception if the room is heated and we got answer yes. The reality was temperature 52 F in the room, no heating switched on. We switched on the heating and went for dinner. After two hours the temperature was 55 F. There was no one on reception any more so I called the number and asked for remote heaters to bring to our room. Due to Super bowl we had to wait another 45 minutes till end of the game till maintenance guy came and started to do something with the heating system in the room. He didn't improve anything so after another half an hour he brought some remote heaters. It was almost midnight and we were freezing whole evening. Next day I asked lady on reception for compensation and she told me she will ask manager/owner. She called me after three days and told me I will not get any compensation because problem was fixed.

  : It was a little late (9pm) when we did the check in and there was no one to guide us to where our room was located. Our room was across the street, it wasn't on the same building.
