  : Staff. Very friendly and helpful.
  : Was told pool and spa would be available when I booked the room, only to be told they were under Renovation upon checking in. Bathroom window didn’t lock which made me feel nervous being I was by myself with my children. Room was musty and stinky. Comfortable bed, and great staff, but overall not worth the cost of the room for quality. Rooms need renovations when pool is done. Moldy caulking in shower and roof had dry rot. Staff was great though, best part of the stay by far. Very friendly and helpful, and apologetic about the pool situation which was a real let down as it was the whole reason we stopped to stay, kids wanted to swim and do hot tub.

  : The room/bathroom was dirty. The bed linens had stains. The box springs were ripped & sagging also exposed which made it visually unappealing. No toilet extra toilet paper was provided. Room service did not visit & tidy up the room to provide new clean towels or empty out the trash the second day. Not even a quick sweep & mop being we spent a lot of time at the beaches. (Had there been a broom. I would have don’t it myself) Had to call front desk to get that done.

  : The house keepers the prices of the hotel there's no fridge in some rooms or microwave the beds are old and crikey the doors some don't lock the bugs windows don't close all the way we bought food didn't see there wasn't any fridge food went to waist and we couldn't heat any food because there wasn't even a microwave.

  : Bed was comfortable, not great, but OK, sheets seemed clean, price was almost appropriate for property, might have been too much. They need to put some money into that place.
  : Well, the shower wasn't clean, I decided since it was one night I could skip the shower. Wood baseboard was dirty, and dinged, marks on the wall where they had moved furniture out. Refrigerator was frosted over. The floors were kind of clean. A few of the towels were grey. Bed was comfortable, seemed clean, nothing in the room but the bed, two nightstands and a desktop. There was an odd smell in the room, triggered my asthma. No info on the TV stations, no info on Ft Bragg. The stairway going up to 2nd floor was blocked off. When entering the bottom walk you have to walk under it, was scary. No handicap parking, parking spaces were not clearly marked. Staff was very nice and friendly. Next time I'll pay the extra $35-$50 and stay at a cleaner place.

  : Gave me wrong key. Opened someone else’s room. Then my key didn’t work. Motel looked run down. Price was way too much for a dump
