: Location can't be beat. Sunsets from the deck and dolphins right out front
: Carpet needs to go..no water in the room...no robes in the closet and No beach towels in the room as advertised. Portable ac unit looks unsafe

: very nice room. Happy hour and breakfast with other guests.
: Pictures made it look like it was closer to the beach. Booked a room with "ocean view". you could see the ocean from one balcony if you looked over the houses, around the trees and over the packing lot. Then it was just a small sliver of water.

: Absolutely beautiful setting. Great staff. Extremely comfortable & clean. Nice breakfasts. Convenient to beach.
: Beware of the aggressive neighbor. He’ll actually whistle at you like you are an animal and yell at you if he sees you on the Regatta visitor dock. Extremely disrespectful & not at all warranted.

: After sunset, our room was very dark. It could use more lighting. Not having a vanity in the bathroom made it difficult to get ready and our toilet had a dirty ring around the bowl.
