  : Glad that there were two lockboxes. The one next to the door was too high for me to reach.. There needs to be a motion-activated light. We couldn't see the numbers on the lockbox to open it. Needed a flashlight. Ample hot water, View of ocean from living room. Cozy and comfortable inside, especially new couches
  : Improvement needed in outdoor lighting. We arrived after sunset. We could not see address at all. Needs TLC especially outdoors,,,porch, , , . Heaters are rusted ,Main heater looked dirty, but rusted. NO INSTRUCTIONS ON ANYTHIING--NOT FOR FIREPLACE,, NOT FOR TV. Fire extinguisher needs to be accessible.

  : This was a house. Facilities were good, and we basically had what we needed, but just the very minimal. We eventually found blankets and supplies in the closets. Delightful view and lots of little winding roads for walks and ocean views.
  : It is a very used house. Although upgrading has been done, rust and dirty window tracks, torn screen, minimal ragged window covering in one bathroom, a broken storm window in the kitchen, and dry rot on the deck were all present. There are two gates on the porch; one is completely trashed and the other won't close due to old swelling wood and only one rusty screw holding the hasp, and thus we used a dog leash to make sure it didn't swing open when the dogs were outside. This house has a need for some TLC and upgrading of the porch. The cleaning crew left some clothing behind the bureau so we knew that they had done a minimal job preparing the facility for us.

  : Ocean view from large windows, deck, dead end street, beach access across the road. And you can hear the rain falling on the roof.The home is well-stocked with everything we needed, including jigsaw puzzles. Theres a powerful heater in the dining area that warmed the cold house quickly.
  : 10 am checkout is early!

  : The location was ideal. The shared space were ideal for just hanging out with friends on rainy days.
  : The kitchen was not as clean as we expected. The cutting boards were not clean. We could have benefited from a clearer list of what was provided or what we needed to bring. Several large cobwebs hung from the living room ceiling and windowsills were not clean. The microwave needed instructions for clearing the time remaining if you didnt use all of the time. We had to unplug it to clear. The door by the kitchen was difficult to open. it was so stiff, I was afraid the key would break in the lock. The card on the coffee table said turn the thermostat to 60. We could not find a thermostat. The space heater near the dining table had no knob so were not sure how to lower heat. It also said to run the dishwasher before leaving. There was no dishwasher. We really enjoyed our stay but were surprised by the lack of cleanliness when we paid such a high cleaning fee.

  : The place was nice but Vacasa was not easy to deal with. I had to call them the day before I arrived and I was on hold for an hour before someone answered. Then they were not able to help me, even though the information they wanted was sent to them through booking. They gave me a phone number to text, but even though I provided the reservation number and check in date multiple times, their automatic text reply kept asking for it. I finally gave up. I will avoid Vacasa managed properties in the future. The fees charges by Vacasa are excessive, as well.
