  : The location is really good, both in terms of access to the city but also the street itself with several nice restaurants and bars. The room was spacious.
  : It's a nice place - just bear in mind it is on the second floor, so not for everyone.

  : The host, Valentino, was very nice and knowledgeable about Florence. There is a nice Indian restaurant near the place. The beds are nice, the pillows were okay. The design is vintage with positive vibes and the facilities are pleasant. The shades can be opened and the sunlight fills the whole room during the afternoon which makes it very pleasant. It is only a 5-minute walk from the station which is very convenient. From the room, the city center is another 5 minutes of walking.
  : The door of the bathroom doesn't lock, so it can be opened from the outside. The fridge is very small. No elevator and the stairs are old and rough, so accessibility for people with limited mobility is difficult. I think the place is a bit overpriced, maybe 70-80% of the cost would make it fair.

  : The property was super accessible walking from the train station with luggage. The owner was SO nice and very helpful. He gave us a map of the area and told us all of the must see things to do and where to eat. The room was very clean and even provided snacks and water free of charge. Location was SUPER accessible to some of the major attractions.
  : The floor was a little banged up in the bathroom but the owner was working on a solution. Wi-Fi was a bit iffy for streaming shows at night.

  : We were impressed and touched by the owners thoughtfulness and care to provide an anti-mosquito device and to leave a daily supply of water and coffee.

  : The owner was very kind and gave us guidance as we arrived, with map etc. The bedroom had a nice area with a small living space with window. The location is right next to the main train station and many restaurants on the street. A few things offered: water, cakes, coffee
  : Is a bit hard to locate the door and unfortunately we got caught with a problem in the water heater but the owner was kind to compensate for the inconvenience
