  : This top-floor apartment is serviced by an elevator. It consists of 4 (I believe) bedrooms, each with its own entrance off a hallway, a bathroom/shower, a large eat-in kitchen and a big open-air balcony. The facility (common areas, bed & bathroom) was clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast is very good with a variety of choices including hot panini sandwiches. On the Saturday morning of our stay, all guests enjoyed breakfast outdoors on the balcony. Underground parking is provided off-site (only 15.00 euros/day), but only a short 2 minute walk away. Friday evening we enjoyed dinner right around the corner at the Ristorante Pizzeria Senzanone. A big plus of this B&B's location is the tram stop only one block (2 minute walk) from the B&B. Our host Lorenzo provided tickets for 1.75 euros/one way. The tram, arriving in short intervals, takes one directly to the Inner City in 10 minutes. From there it is a short 7 minute walk to the Battistero di Sa Giovanni & the Duomo and from there another 7 minutes to the Piazza della Signoria & Uffici. We very much appreciated Lorenzo and Lara being most accommodating. All our questions prior to our arrival were answered. Lorenzo then made sure we knew the ins and outs of the apartment and garage. He also took the time to give us a geographical overview of Florence and pointing out the areas where best to shop, eat and so on. We also appreciated their advice NOT to try to reach the Old City in our car. We opted to take the tram instead, having already experienced the horrific traffic and driving restrictions.   : Host very friendly. Gave all the advice needed. Breakfast ok. Room clean. Location good, very close to the tram No.2. Just few minutes trip from city center. Good value for this cost.

  : Lara and Lorenzo very welcoming and helpful with map and recommendations on arrival. Breakfast was good, cereals, fruit, sweets and a ham & cheese toasted sandwich made for you. Location excellent with tram stop a few minutes walk away, 10 -15 min to airport or city centre. Clean spacious rooms and an outdoor terrace to have breakfast or relax. Highly recommended

  : The hosts, Lara and Lorenzo, were excellent. They couldn't have been more helpful and provided friendly service and useful information with regards to seeing the sights and getting around Florence. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were really clean and comfortable. The Location was good, just outside of the very busy centre, close to the tram with some great local restaurants nearby.
  : Only a minor issue but periodically the air con unit made a loud noise.

  : the bed was uncomfortable and very small for 2 persons. Airconditioning was noisy - crackle, clicks it wasn't normal. when we turned it off, then the neighbours AC was noisy.

  : Room was spacious and clean, air conditioner worked. Breakfast OK, not too much, not too little, but enough. Italian coffee OK. Upon arrival, the host explained to us how to get to the center, what we can visit.
