  : We booked through booking.com and reserved what we thought was 2 queen beds when we chose our option online but when we checked in they gave us king bed and told us they had nothing else available

  : staff wasn’t very helpful or informative. we booked and it said breakfast was included. we weren’t told breakfast hours or anything. when I went down for breakfast was told it was 15/person. when I showed them my booking they said this location doesn’t honor that only holiday inn express. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew it didn’t have free breakfast.

  : The lady at the service desk was very nice and welcoming, which was a small comfort amidst the other issues.
  : I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and, unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it, especially at the rate of $224 for one weekday night. I was under the impression that breakfast was included, but upon arrival, I learned it was actually $10 per person you’re a member. $20 for non-member. This misleading information was quite disappointing.During my stay, I had to switch rooms three times. The first room’s air conditioning wouldn’t turn on. The second room had a noticeable odor coming from the bathroom. The third room was better, but considering the high price, I expected much more from a Holiday Inn.Additionally, the elevators felt unstable, with a lot of movement when getting on and off, which was quite concerning.

  : According to Booking.com breakfast was included. However, according to the hotel staff and policy, the breakfast was $15 per person. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the free breakfast- disappointed about this misinformation.
