  : The location was close to the freeway. We stayed on the property for just the night.
  : The couches and chairs were so dirty. The sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable.

  : Happy Hour was nice.
  : We checked in to our room and I took my two boys for a swim to give my wife a relaxing break. She just finished her last day as a teacher earlier that day fore the school year. A little bit later my wife had the room door open in a state of undress because they checked the room out to an other family. When the desk was informed they didn't seemed to care or accept responsibility. Also a light pole in front of the building lights up and has blue painters tape over were an outlet was on the base of the pole- HUGE electrical safety issue- this could serious hurt/kill someone. Our room keys had to be reset the morning when we returned to our room. The breakfast food was cold too right at opening of breakfast (eggs, sausage and potato)and never would pass an inspection for temperatures. The landscaping look really poor also. When trying to get a refund for our horrible experience, the hotel said yes and said I'd see a refund in 7-10 day but it never happened. Now when calling back they said its bookings problem.

  : The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was good to be able to go to local places. The outside grounds were pleasant. The pool area was small but nice.
  : The breakfast food good have been better with more variety. The happy hour snacks could have been better as well. We have stayed at other Embassy Suite hotels where these were so much better! Not very organized. Also our room was in bad need of updating! The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and there were stains all over the furniture.
