  : Breakfast was simple but delicious. The place itself is in a beautiful location, with direct access to awesome hiking trails in the nature. 5 minutes walk to the Queimadela dam.
  : The house we stayed in had a side directly facing the river and it got somewhat noisy at night. It must be said that there had been lots of rain on the previous days, so the river was probably with more flow than usual.

  : The staff is great, the houses and location are beautiful.The breakfast was really nice.There's a kitchenette that you can use to make some good and a tiny fridge to store something.The trails are fantastic.
  : The humidity penetrates the house from the floor, it was mentioned by staff that the floor was recently washed but some humidity was visible on the wall. I suppose it's just a combination of location conditions and house construction design. Not advisable to walk in socks.The fire place chimney had a hole in the back of the fire place, that allowed a tiny bit of smoke to come out.

  : The breakfast was huge and good. We especially loved our milk coffee every morning. The hosts were extremely kind and friendly, especially considering our inability to communicate with them in Portuguese. The area is magical! We truly felt like we were living in a little slice of heaven situated in such a pretty spot. The thick walls of the guesthouse kept us cool inside, even on very hot days.
  : we could tell that the place was older. Although the bathroom and kitchen seemed relatively newly installed, some of the furniture and kitchen utensils were very old and a bit in disrepair. Nothing that really bothered us, we just had to be gentle with some of the furniture like the table

  : The location is wonderful. With lots of hiking trails passing through the village and just a short walk to the beach.Staff was really nice.
  : The houses could use a huge remodeling. Equipment is old and poorly maintained. Kitchen ware is terrible, old and insufficient. The bathroom needed a proper cleaning and remodeling.

  : Overall, this was a good experience, very friendly and helpful hosts, fantastic location with a lot of room and paths for daily activities. Very relaxing with the sound of multiple waterfalls and a good place to bring pets. Everything was excellent, all the appliances we needed to cook a meal, nice sofa to sleep, very good breakfast included and cute cats visiting us from time to time. It included a very good breakfast too.
  : Unfortunatelly, the room smelt a lot like cigarette's smoke. We stayed at a group floor and were forced to leave the doors open at night to be able to sleep (there were no windows, only wide glassed doors connecting us to the communal area). It seemed safe but it was an unnecessary concern after a tiring day. We disinfected the doors due to covid and the towel went very dark. It seemed they were not cleaned recently, or it was due to the smoke from previous tenants.
