  : There was a prompt response to queries but unfortunate that contact was needed
  : The "automatic" check in details did not get sent at 3.00 as promised but after phoning at 4.00 they arrived. We were a party of 6 ( the house slept 8) so disappointing to find only 4 very used and worn towels a bed made up without a pillow and when we found a pillow there was no pillow case. The pillows were dirty and past their best as were the duvets. There were only 4 forks and 4spoons 5 bowls 3wine glasses 3other glasses. The upstairs bathroom had a great deal of mould and the shower room curtain was inadequate. Previous guests had smoked outside and there was a wall mounted ashtray which was overflowing onto the path. The beds were uncomfortable and my daughter and her husband had to repair the slat of the double bed. We also had to tighten screws of the door seal leading to the master bedroom as the screws were about a centimetre above the floor strip and dangerous especially to bare feet I was very disappointed with this as a family holiday venue I suspect it has been used for workforce clients but not appropriate for a family.

  : Parking is an issue, being about 5 mins walk, which is not convenient when raining

  : Had everything we needed.
  : Beds very uncomfortable. Could do with cleaning the floors as our childrens clothes were very dirty after playing on them. Had some funky smells in most rooms. Reported to owner back bedroom window couldnt open. A fire hazard.
