  : King size bed was not long enough feet hun off end and sides no matter which way I slept, not a normal bed length for king. Locked out of room with my key one night and needed I'd to get it corrected, good thing I had I'd with me and not in room

  : Convinient stay near Chicago O'Hare Airport, room well equiped with really comfortable beds, option to use swimming pool, availability of free airport transfer. Nice breakfest. In general it is a good place to stay while arriving to Chicago after really long international flight, to deal with jet lag but mainly for one night and travel further.
  : We had a problem with ordering airport transfer while we arrived as we didn't have option to call via mobile phone network only WhatsApp and mobile internet - maybe it would be good idea to use number connected to WhatsApp for that. Vending machines were mainly out of order or faulty, once it charged me the amount and didn't provide the drink I ordered - not great experience. Swimming pool was ok but in general it seems that hotel would need some kind of refreshment/investment as some amenities are quite old/neglected. Baggage storage would also be nice to implement

  : The rooms that I paid --- dollars to check into before check in time appeared clean but I found hair in the bed. Hot tub is out of order.The shuttle doesn't meet you in the shuttle bay you have to walk to the car drop off to get picked up.

  : The pool was not warm enough and I still havent got my deposit back and its been a week also my billing shows they charge me twice and it was only supposed to be $100 deposit and they took $83 twice.

  : For the price point I was looking for, I felt safe, the beds were pretty comfy, no bugs, no black mold, everything was operational, USB outlets provided, free parking.
  : Our room had a pretty strong odor of cigarette smoke. Over time we got used to the smell. Even the bathroom smelled.
