  : It was a good hotel in their village , its good for a person who doesnt want to visit veliko tranovo , just want to relax and enjoy of looking at jungle and trees
  : It was too far from veliko tranovo, please if you want to visit veliko tranovo dont stay in this hotel , otherwise this hotel was good

  : I liked the area and how quiet the hotel was
  : The things I didn't like would be the mattress in our room was uncomfortable like the springs inside of the mattress were perhaps broken and the bed frame kept squeaking. The boiler also made strange noises every morning and evening as well like noises from the pipes or inside the boiler itself. I'd recommend a plumber to take a look at it and to do something about the bed.

  : The room was spacious
  : The room was cold. We kept asking for additional heater for two days and we were refused one, even though they admitted they had one. They promised to turn up the heating but nothing changed. The room was not cleaned very well and there was dust around the corners. The ashtray was emptied from cigarette buds but not washed and full of ashes. The food at the restaurant was not fresh. We ordered some fiah which was undercooked as apparently they did not defrost it before cooking.
