  : The shower pressure is good. The internet was fast where available. Nice size living room. Kitchen well equipped. Location is good for west end venues. Handy local bus routes.
  : The duvets were too short and too thin for the season. The mattresses were uncomfortable. WiFi does not reach the primary bedroom. The decoration decisions were questionable. Rug in the main hallway was a deathtrap due to the lack of friction with the floor. The benches in the dining area were creaky and uncomfortable. Shower curtain has mould. Dishwasher tablet holder broken. Kitchen door to the garden very drafty and remains very cold. Thermostat did not work most of the time due to poor signal from the boiler so I had to move it to the lounge for it to work.

  : Great location, nice beds, warm and clean. The weather was cold and wet when we were there but the flat was dry and really warm. I was glad it was ground floor as my son is 7. I only heard the neighbors vacuuming in the morning once (10am). Other than that it was totally quiet. For the bell's we joined everyone on the street to watch the fireworks over the castle. I have stayed in four flats in Edinburgh in the last 3 years and this was my family's favorite.
  : A few more things for staying longer like TP, sandwich bags, travel coffee mugs etc would have been nice. If I could change one thing it would be for a three person couch in the living room. Other than that it was great.
