  : The person in charge was nice and available. He replied promptly and helped us every time. That being said, the place had some hygiene issues. The bathroom was not properly clean when we entered, and this is a serious flaw. Same thing for the kitchen and kitchen tools. The wife was often weak and caused issues for two people like us who had to do online meetings. Finally, prior to arrival, I requested an extra little table, as the one available was clearly very small. I was told there would be no more room for another table. I think a little effort could have been made to meet our requests. Even with a small temporary table that could be folded.

  : Right in the centre of Edinburgh but when in the flat was super quiet and has time to relax. The flat is really equipped with everything!!

  : the building and apartment needs a complete update and refurbished , bathroom floor tiles cracked and broken so needed to have something on your feet when going in toilet did not flush properly . When putting hot tap on the sound from the boiler was unbearable my poor 7 year of granddaughter was terrified even after trying numerous times couldnt get any hot water

  : Not really clean, we were 3 and had to look for the sheets and pillows when we arrived (very late). We didnt find them the first night so we had to use dirty sheets we found on a closet All the apparement smelt cigaret, even when we lighted up a candle, not a pleasure to sleep with this smell. The price is really expensive for the accommodation, I wouldnt recommend it.

  : The location of the apartment was good for both the city centre and the car park we booked.
  : Once through the main front door, the hallway was dark, dingy and strong smell of urine. The apartment itself wasn't as appealing as the photographs on Booking.com. The floors hadn't been swept, there were bits all over the floor in the kitchen. Floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and not grouted, sharp edges could easily cut your feet. The sound of the pipes when the shower was switched on was horrendous. A ramp outside the lounge and bedroom window for vehicles, not those used by residents at our apartments were used constantly, very noisy throughout the early hours.
