  : The location was perfect with wonderful views from the living room to the castle and only a short walk to everything. The decoration was lovely and the kitchen well equipped. The tea and sugar was a great touch and the beds lovely and comfy.
  : On the booking site it didn't mention you have to park in the car park, which is about a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. You need to budget this into your costs at about 30 per day. I have asked for extra bedding because we were 5 people and this weren't there on arrival. The apartment is really more suited for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

  : It was in a very convenient location and contained everything we would need for the week. Everywhere was extremely clean. Despite sharing the building with other apartments, noise was never a problem.
  : Just one little niggle ~ the internal doors were very squeaky!

  : Location perfect. A stone's throw from the Grassmarket area which had many lovely bars, restaurants, shops and atmosphere. Within walking distance from train station. The Apartment was overlooking the back of Edinburgh Castle which made it feel special. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen was really nice and thankful for basics. Don't forget to bring a carton of milk. Silly us missed the shops.
  : There was a printed visitors book but it would be really useful to have a guest book where guests could recommend restaurants and places of interest they have visited. But everything about the apartment was absolutely lovely.

  : It was confusing if you had miss out their emails and the collection of keys vs the location u stay is far recommend to take taxi over so additional cost for this when check out u need to go return the keys again too there are flights of stairs and the door are hard to open if you are not familiar how the apartment work in Scotland u may have a hard time to find it. We had to ask the staff in the hotel next door
  : not convenience to collect keys n return keys and we thought it was a hotel so regret to book it if we knew it was like airbnbthe towels n bedsheets was not as clean it seems to have smoking smell n the sheets are dusty

  : Nice house and flat. Enough space, fully equipped. Comfortable and nice furniture. The staff helped us and fixed the Internet quite quickly.
  : The flat could do with a deep clean. There was stale water in the coffee machine, old cookies in a jar and someone had put dish soap into the dishwasher so we had to get rid of a lot of foam before using it.

  : all towels smelt of cigarette smoke (dont know where they had been dried as accommodation didnt smell of smoke), had to wash all towels. unlike main bedroom, Sitting room didnt have extra window pain nor curtains to help keep the room warm.

  : Location was excellent for our needs. Apartment is really well equipped.
  : It was a real inconvenience to get the keys and drop the keys off half a mile away at the Ibis on Hunter Square. I was travelling to the apartment by myself at night- luckily I knew where I was going as I know Edinburgh well but if I didnt this would have been tricky and expensive on taxis. Also the flat was freezing when I arrived after 9pm and it wasnt until next day until it had reached a comfortable temperature.
