Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Suite 1 is a good size for just two people,very comfortable. If my son and I had stayed for more than one night the suite would have been more than accommodating. We were in town for a football game.
  : The jacuzzi tube at the foot of the bed was strange to me. The bathroom would certainly be able to accommodate it. Probably a honeymoon thing.

  : Convenient self check in, quiet, clean, spacious, nice shower.
  : The bed had quite a depression in the center. Comfortable mattress, but with two people we tended to roll into the middle. Also there was a Keurig but no creamer so we had to skip our morning coffee.

  : The jetted tub, fireplace, mini kitchen w/utensils, comfortable couch, gorgeous bathroom and table w/chairs. Also liked having a pass code to get in. NO KEY OR CARD TO LOSE.
  : The high bed. Had to use the steps to get in. I am short and had hip replacement not too long ago.

  : The room was exceptionally clean, the sofa was very comfortable, all the finishes were beautiful. Bathroom was amazing! Eden is a very safe area and the location was very quiet. There was a fireplace which was a bonus. We didnt use the whirlpool tub but it looked perfectly clean.
  : Unfortunately the bed frame ( a beautiful piece of wood furniture with storage drawers) squeaks so much even when you roll over in bed. It is bad enough that it disrupts sleep. If perhaps the frame can be adjusted in some way, this location would be perfect and Id love to stay there every time I come to Hamburg.

  : Door code didnt work first few times it was tried and because of traffic and travel trying to get to football game from Albany to Buffalo I wasnt able to check in and panicked a little after game when door wouldnt open but it finally did so no harm done and it was my fault I was so late
