  : I liked checking out.
  : The elevator was broke. Had to lug everything up 2 flights of stairs. There was a smell to the room. There were cuts to the curtains, holes in the wall, holes in shades for the lights, and someone tried to get into our room. They kept shaking the door violently trying their best to get in.

  : The Jamaican man was very rude at the front desk. I asked him for new covers because my friend throws up on the sheet a little and when I brought it to him he said oh those are stained and so I had to go to the coin laundry and by Clorox bleach and wash it myself and it was Snow White again, which means he didn’t want to deal with it. So I had to spend 10 dollars at the coin laundry

  : The location was convenient.
  : They did not have a working TV in the room the water pressure was terrible the cleaning service was horrible. The friendliness was completely horrid . They just want the money but refuse to give you any back for all their mishaps. The breakfast was absolutely gross. The pool was shut down .

  : I like the maintenance guy(young) , and his mother was super friendly and very welcoming The rest of the staff in the front were barely professional. The young lady was friendly. The guy (main manager) was unprofessional all around.
  : The time of check-in they put me in a horrible room on the first floor. The beds were pissy , and the smell was unbearable. I used the room phone to call the front desk, file a complaint , but the phone was not working. . I called from my personal cell and asked her to come look at the unacceptable mess of a room. I asked for a new room on the first floor and she said yes. After going into my new room it was clean and smelled good. I guess they were going to throw me and my family in a filthy room and expect us to stay. No way!!!! Then I asked for new sheets ,and blankets but the rude guy says he didn’t have any. Ok. That like KFC saying “ we have no chicken “ but still open. But for the most part it turned out to be an ok stay.
