  : good location. good value for money. comfy bed. after reading some reviews after booking we were skeptical about our stay but other than a few marks on the carpet the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. the staff were friendly and made our stay comfortable.

  : no tea or coffee facilities when we arrived. so soap in the bathroom sink. door was open when we arrived. anyone could have walked in etc. this must be something they just do keep the room doors open for when gust arrive but never seen before nor like.

  : The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
  : The outside seating/dining area (which wasnt available) covered with a fabric gazebo was green and mouldy, needed a good clean. There was no breakfast available even though on the reservation email it said it was at 6.99 head. There was no drinks or evening meal food available. Although the room was clean and comfortable, the shower did not seem to work, on further inspection we realised that the water had been turned off at the stopcock as the bath filler constantly ran, there was no mention of this or instruction to make the shower work. In the details for the hotel it did state that there was no parking available but there was ample parking close by on side streets. We found this not to be the case as it was all residents only spaces with around 8 unrestricted spaces available Sat/Sun which after hovering a while we managed to get one, the rest of the week you had to call and pay if staying longer than 1 hour.

  : The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was good but I did pay extra for it
  : There was no shower, soap or hand-wash. The carpet was filthy, there were cup stains on bedside cabinets from previous customers and the coffee and tea facilities in the room was pretty non existence. The shower didn't work properly and there was nowhere to put the shower head. We couldn't turn the bathroom light off as there didn't appear to be a switch
