  : Location was close to places to eat, and plenty of lighting in the parking lot. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.
  : The AC wasn’t working very well, the gym or fitness center was very disappointing but most of all the front desk staff wasn’t very nice or welcoming. We had difficulty with our room key cards and had to get them remagnitized each time we came back to our room.

  : Do not stay here! We checked in and went to our room. When we opened the door, we saw an empty bottle of wine and 2 plastic glasses on the dresser. Walking into the room…one of the beds had been slept in. We went back to the front desk to ask for a room change and were told that this was the last room. I asked for a refund as we had to leave and find another hotel. The night clerk called the manager at home and spoke with her. I was told that the manager would call me first thing in the morning to make sure I got the refund. She never called. I called around 1:30pm the next day and left her a message. Still no call. The night clerk was horrified and apologized that the room had been used but I would have thought that the manager would have been horrified as well and called to ensure I was refunded for this embarrassment.
