  : The location was excellent for accessing wineries. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very large and the outdoor spaces were a nice surprise (they are not in the listing photos, a nice 6 person fire pit and seating for 6 outside on the deck). The house is nicely furnished and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for the most part. The view is beautiful and the moonrise, harvest orange moon, was spectacular as we ate dinner on the deck. We were comfortable and had a very nice time here. We enjoyed sitting in the garden and using the fire table. The kitchen was large and it was easy to cook for the most part (except for broken ovens--see below).
  : We had a hard time opening the key box--bad design. The extra gas canister was empty and we had to call to have it changed. The manager did come away so that taken care of. The oven is not working correctly and needs to be repaired--this was a bad surprise as we were trying to use it to cook dinner! The lower oven didn't even get hot. The upper oven could not maintain heat and the convection function seems to be broken on both. Some small things are breaking in the house as well, like blinds and light switch and towel holder, if the deterioration continues the house won't be so nice. It felt a bit neglected in terms on maintenance. There was no firewood for the fireplaces and were were not told to bring our own (that would have been helpful). We were surprised in a bad way (and yes this not a huge deal but it was irksome) was there were no proper wine glasses at the "wine villa"! There were only stemless glasses. Additionally, the plates and bowls were melamine plastic--they could at least provide Corelle ware. For the price we paid we thought these was not right and you don't want stemless glasses when drinking fine wine. Finally, we were two couples and the house worked for us but I would question it working for three couples as the lower bathroom is in a hallway off of the one bedroom and very far from the other bedroom. It is a strange set-up. And there is no big frying pan. I think these issues can easily be taken care of if the owner cares. I did write a note about all of this but never heard anything back.

  : We've never seen such skimpy and cheap toilet paper, hair dryer in master only runs cold, no soap, shampoo, etc in master. Guest shower could use some instructions. All lighting could be brighter, but especially in bathrooms. Kleenex would be appreciated.
