  : Booked this place weeks in advance. Wasted our time and money. Nothing to like.
  : Charged twice for our pet. Was told to wait for manager to issue refund. Vagrants living in the parking lot. Door keys barely worked. Holes in the carpet. Too many problems to list here.

  : Everything. The room was nasty. I put a reservation in for two beds and only got one. No one tried to call me about this change. Then the king bed had a stain on it and the roll away bed had holes and was also dirty. There were no dishes in the room or even an ice bucket. The hotel staff Rawl gave us a dirty ice tray. The refrigerator in the room had the last person's food in it from their visit. The tub had someone else hair in it. I was not able to stay in the room because I immediately began to itch. I had to leave and find another hotel even though Rawl said he called around and stated that no one had anything available, which, in fact, they did. Then the next day I called to see how I could be accommodated since I was inconvenient and the staff Alexandria answered the phone. She did not like the idea that I called. She was rude and nasty with me and hung the phone up in my face. She sounded so upset about being at work on a Saturday, even after I tried to get her to calm down. Then only to find out that Rawl gave me mis information that the manager Jessica was going to be in on Saturday, which, in fact, she wasn't. I was not pleased with my visit and was and still very upset that I had to spend an extra $400 for another hotel room which I feel that Extended Stay should not only refund me the money from the room that I booked with them but as well as the other $400. I will never in my life stay at this place again.

  : Location n desk people were great..
  : Being responsible for everything..had to buy paper plates cups bowls silverware..cleaning of the room was an extra cost..was there for 2wks...tv was small about a 32 in which made some viewing hard to see..my wife is handicapped n the handicap access doors didnt work properly..

  : Rude staff, lied and did not abide by hotel conduct when it comes to supplying guests with manager contact info when requested. Dirty rooms, accused me of breaking furniture and said I will be billed! Recorded it all and contacted manager with no response
