  : The manager was very friendly. She spoke enough English to communicate with us non-Czech/non-German speakers and suggested a nearby to try the local Kout beer (which turned out to be my favorite in the Czech Republic. The beds were super comfy too.

  : The location was perfect - central but relatively quiet. It was easy to find when we were walking from the town's train station. The staff were very friendly and the proprietor went out of her way to provide a tray with cake and a pot of tea which she made for us, inviting us to relax and enjoy them on the fairly spacious and pretty terrace/balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. It was a very civilised experience and perfect for the early evening before we went out for dinner. She also encouraged us to feel at home and use the kitchen facilities for making drinks and meals. Although we needed to leave before breakfast the next day, she offered to take us to the station in the morning and all in all she was very accommodating, helpful and friendly and we really appreciated her hospitality. It is these small touches which make such a difference, I feel. The "family" aspect of the guesthouse name is definitely appropriate as you feel as though you belong!
  : There was a delay of 10 - 15 minutes on getting the keys when we arrived. The attached cafe, which I first thought might handle check-in didn't seem particularly interested in guiding us and eventually we worked out which bell to ring and the cleaner came out. She then phoned the proprietor, with whom I had a halting conversation due to language constraints, then the cleaner let us in - she was very sweet. It may be an idea if you make a point to establish exactly what time you will be there as there is no main desk for check-in it seems. However, from this point onwards we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. and the guesthouse was just what we could wish for!
