  : The bed was very comfortable. Dual queen beds was great. The blackout curtains were really nice.
  : Didn't like that when you turned on the bathroom light, it lit up the bedroom area.

  : Check-in was late, someone pulled the fire alarm at 12:45 am, which happens, but there wasn’t a lot of information shared of what we should do and then when it was ok to go back.

  : The location was perfect for our concert at Ford Field
  : We arrived at 230pm and check in is at 4pm, we were told there are rooms available but we have to pay $55 for early check in so we said we would go eat and be back at 4pm. When arriving at 415pm we were told there are no rooms available and it would be at least an hour till check, I asked how there were rooms at 230 but not now when check in is at 4pm? I was then told that check in STARTS at 4pm but not a guarantee for a room to be available. We were not in our room until 545pm and the concert started at 6pm so we were late because we wouldn't pay the extra $55 for early check in. THEN at 1am someone pulled the fire alarm falsely and we all had to evacuate. All in all it was a terrible experience at a very expensive hotel.
