: building especially elevator was so run down! weird chair and umbrella service. I also thought the way policies were written and put on the refrigerator were obnoxious by Real Joy, which is ironic having that name! Felt like my parents barking out chores! Could be written so much softer, even use humor! We are on vacation!! BTW no option to recycle. Also, please give us coffee filters and salt and pepper!! seriously?!? We flew in and got in late, to wake up with no ability to make coffee sucked! I imagine most of your clientele drive there but not us. We did not come prepared , but still have the basics! Not having coffee in the morning put me in a very bad mood to start

: We loved the condo decor and all the available necessities. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants. The condo itself was spacious and very comfortable for my family of eight.
: The condo is in an older building. You could tell in the little things like cabinetry and switches. It could have been cleaner (hand prints on doors and around switches). The dryer wouldn't dry sufficiently if you put more than just a handful of clothes (and don't even think about drying towels). We experienced a leak under the kitchen sink and one of the light switch dials fell off at first touch. Those are the small things you don't want to worry about while on vacation. All that said, I will still book again!
