  : The hotel was dirty. Our room had not been vacuumed. Noticeable debris on the floor. Not enough towels. No hand towels or wash cloths.Entrance was pretty but floors were dirty.Breakfast was lacking even for continental. No donuts, bagels or fruit.

  : Nothing. We refused to stay and lost out on our payment for the room. The only thing going for it was the politeness and professionalism of the desk staff.
  : Everything. The location, cleanliness, broken window, frayed/torn rugs and carpets, clogged pool drain, cloudy pool water, homeless people camped out and dumpster diving, unmowed grass, smell of insecticide when getting out of car in parking lot

  : The hallway/stairs were dirty. The carpet in the room needed vacuuming. There were several tissues and an underwear wrapper left in the room on the floor, a windowsill and drawer. Furniture was chipped, upholstered chair dirty and no lamp for reading in chair.

  : Very run down, not clean what so ever, the first room was dirty and had rags from the previous tenant, the second room was worse and had foil with a burnt substance on it next to the fridge. When I first got there I waited around for maybe 15-20 minutes to get any help. The second room we stayed in the keys didn’t work( they fixed that no problem) and we went about our day, came back and noticed other things with the room. Both rooms smelled really weird. Stains on the sheets and chair, surfaces not wiped down, stuff all over the mirror, urine on the toilet bowl, sticky stuff on the carpet, greasy handprints all over the head board , the lotion left for us was used already, old toilet paper. Soap still left in the tub from the previous guest.. Did not feel safe with the yelling in the hall or down the hall, floor was not vacuumed or swept, just a very disappointing experience. I called the front desk multiple times when I was there and no one would answer, so I walked over to the main building, and there was always someone at the desk. Not sure what that was about. Tried to get into the pool area, keys wouldn’t work. Lights were out, it was left a mess from the night before , as was the work out room. The coffee maker provided was not provided with cups, nor the rest of the coffee maker to make the coffee.. no ice bucket. Old nasty (toe) nails left on the floor .
