  : the location, size and cleanliness of the apartment were great. it would have been so easy to make this a great apartment.
  : the sliding glass doors to the balcony would not lock and when I asked the host about this, I received no response. this was a safety issue. also, No cleaning suppliesNo hangersNo dining room table or work spaceNo spoonsBlinds that wont open or are missing Electrical outlets that dont workNo ironNo blow dryerthe photos were not of the apartment I rented, but probably an apartment in the same building. this is misleading.

  : The Wi-Fi never worked, the one small tv never worked, the a/c didnt work blowed constant heat when it was on got up to 86 degrees inside. Thankfully we were on the 7th floor so it was safe to sleep with the windows open

  : I think the location was great. Close enough to everything the city has to offer.
  : First off, the company kept sending emails one after another asking to provide information for registration, which I did after the first one received. But they just kept coming. I would ignore them but they were very threatening, saying my reservation will be canceled unless I complete the registration. After registering for the 3rd time I called their phone number which was not easy to find. Had to google it. Called it but found a prerecorded massage of endless list of the reasons you might get in touch with them and that you need to write them an email. I hung up. Within the hour I did get a text asking why I called and how they could help. I explained and they said that my registration went through. I guess that would be the second part, No live customer service. So if something does happen and let's say you don't have a way to write them an email, well I guess you're just SOL.The apartment's living room and kitchen are very cold if you are traveling during the winter. The bedroom on the other hand is like a sauna. It's because the heating unit is in-between the two rooms. While it does a great job heating the bedroom it can't warm up the rest of the apartment. TV is tiny. My monitor is bigger. The annoying part is that sound would disappear and the only way to bring it back was to unplug the cable box from the wall. The rest of the apartment is sort of rundown. The support bar under the bed is broken so the part under your butt in the mattress is sagging. The bathtub was painted and the paint is pealing off in huge chunks. The shower head is spraying water all over the place and soaks the floor. There are no holders for the toilet paper or towels on the wall. Also, when you enter the apartment, there is a welcome letter that reads more like a threat. It explicitly says Not to talk to anyone in the building. I asked for a partial refund, never got a reply. $200 fee for cleaning for 6 days stay is also steep.
