  : Room was clean with fresh towels everyday
  : We were charged 15.00 per dog per night without being told of the charge ahead of time (we have 2 dogs which came to 90.00 for 3 night and she overcharged 10.00 and said it was tax when it should have been only 6.30)also told breakfast was included with price And all that they had was a choice of fruit loops and Raisin Bran and the juice was out of order ; back door close to our room does not lock and is broken ; not enough parking for customers

  : Front desk was friendly and pleasant. Had room with 2 full beds. Bed was comfortable, linens clean and unsoiled. Carpet was clean and new looking. TV was fine. A/C and fan was fine. My father could not negotiate stairs (there is no elevator) but they had a room on the first floor. Was quiet, no road noise, other guests were polite (except the person across the hall who left at 4AM with the slamming door, but that is not the hotel's fault. Room had a refrigerator, no microwave or coffee maker. There was a microwave in the foyer area if I had wanted to heat some water.
  : I think the ad said there was breakfast. I never expect much when a hotel of this kind says it has breakfast, but maybe a yoghurt, a banana, and maybe the coffee is ok. There was no breakfast. Undrinkable coffee in a white styrofoam cup. For $93/night, how difficult is it to have acceptable coffee? The location is isolated...cannot walk to much. I did walk to Walmart, but it was a hilly hike. The bathroom was clean enough, it could use a renovation (peeling grout etc)

  : Reception and check in was not pleasant. Feels as though I was bothering them.
  : Room had the unpleasant odor of a wet dog that obviously was in that room for a period of time.

  : The parking lot could be updated and had a pretty strong smell of smoke in the lobby.

  : Issue with being double charged at the hotel and told I would be refunded both in person and over the telephone. I booked 2 rooms. I paid for my room by credit card and the 2nd room was paid separately by the other family room. He was charged twice and told his card was declined so they charged my card again. Issue is still not resolved.
  : The service on correcting the double charging for the rooms.
