  : Beautifully decorated place with a great pool and terrace. Driving distance to all nearby cities and vineyards
  : Upstairs rooms that we had were extremely small and due to rain and a rooftop window we couldnt open the window at night. OK for one night but not a lot of space for suitcases etc.

Might have given + one star if had made the effort to resolve the complaint instead of going silent.Hello we were not satisfied entirely with the stay. My wife spoke to the owner on checkout. Here below is our feedback for your improvement.Spa room:Bad smell -we had to ask for another room. Not able to sleep there.Hot tub- needs some maintenance. Silver caps came off exposing screw which cut me when entering. Hot and cold taps are the wrong way around.Sauna+ Steam room- neither were hot enough or well sealed. In hindsight I would not book again as this is the main attraction of the room and they were ineffective. Also bear in mind the spa rooms toilet is shared with anyone at the pool.In light of the above and the premium price we paid we would like you to consider a partial refund.Kind regards

  : Plenty to like. Nice environment, exceptionally friendly hosts, central courtyard with swimming pool is lovely and the breakfast was great.
  : Unfortunately there is plenty not to like as well. We booked a room with a courtyard view but there is no view at all. The room is one of the smallest I've seen. Not enough space to even enter with the luggage so they had to squeeze the bed all the way to the corner of the room to make enough space for one to enter.The worst part though is the bathroom. Because the room is so small they could not fit the doors to the bathroom so went with a sliding door. But this is so badly done that they basically close nothing. So if you sit on a toilet you are a meter away from other guests in the room with 0 privacy. Absolutely unacceptable.There is no doors on the shower either so everytime you take a shower the whole bathroom becomes a swimming pool.When we arrived there was also no hot water available so we could not even take a shower. All in all, place has potential but for the prices they charge there is much left to be desired and price/performance this is far from what I was expecting.

  : Nice overall look. Swimming pool was nice. Good breakfast. The staff was friendly.
  : There are big rooms and small rooms in this hotel. They purposefully don't display the small rooms in the pictures, only when you go to the room. On top of that some of the small rooms are even smaller than the ones they show. We had a room with no space at all next to the bed, so you had to climb over each other to get in and out of the bed. This is a bit deceitful. However, despite this, they had handy cabinets, such that it was still was a functional room despite the small size. So it was ok for us, but I guess it's not something for everyone. The communal toilet on the top floor was smelling the whole time of ammonia because of the urinal.

  : The good thing about this property is the pool and also the breakfast is nice (I was just missing scrambled eggs). The facilities are nice and very tastefully furnished.
  : Our room (nb. 5) was extremely small and uncomfortable. Inside the room there is not a single closet, it is so small that the luggage takes up the whole space. The room has just a small little window, the bathroom is also small and without any hangers or anything where you can hang/put your stuff. Around the sink there is also no space where you can put your stuff or even a place for the toothbrushes. The shower is partially broken, the shower head was dirty and it doesnt close, it is an open shower so when you shower the whole bathroom is wet. You can also hear everything and everyone outside so it is hard to get a good rest. The music around the pool is turned on during the night (??) so you can hear it in the rooms. During our stay, there was also a lot of small children there so that meant constant screaming, running around the facilities and jumping in the pool. The pool is not very big so three children playing inside is a lot - everything around the pool is wet and you cant peacefully relax.
