  : Room smelled awful, hotel looked unkept, trim around floors were not on the walls on 1st and 3rd floors, towels were stained that HOPEFULLY were clean, no one was at desk to talk to and no one answered desk phone!

  : The room was nice and clean.  The staff member who checked us in was very helpful and even upgraded us to a king size suite because I had messed up our reservation because there were no more twin doubles available.  We've stayed here 4 other times when we've preached out in Alvord and there was a very sweet older lady who worked the breakfast area. I didn't see her this morning. Speaking of breakfast it was bacon and eggs and the eggs were so bland and the pancake bag was needing to be replaced and we told the lady (not the older lady)and I don't know if she didn't hear us bit we waited and just had something else. Usually breakfast is really good. Everything was bland. We didn't check in until a little after 10 and the pool and hot tub was already closed which is at 10. But in the past when we've been there, the hot tub felt so good and the pool was nice and warm. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was also clean. The hotel has a nice smell when you walk i. There's a very nice guy who's there to greet you at the desk when you check out on the wknds. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling through Decatur. This was our 5th time here. I give it 4 stars. Its not a Hilton or a Holiday Inn but its a good one and we're picky on where we go.

  : The whole hotel is run down. Patchy paint. Missing baseboards. Smells funny. All the furniture was old, mismatched and or broken.
