  : The property was nice. They have several pools inside and out.
  : All the confusion when arriving. We arrived and were told we could park either our vehicle or the 4 motorcycles we had there. Only one parking spot. I could only park to unload. The other would have to park across the street. That was 110 for the week. When checking in once you check in you do not get all you need they then send you to another group to get your wrist bands etc. After that was done I went out to go to the truck to unload before moving it to the other parking deck and we already had staff saying we had to move it or it would be towed. I told them they said I could park the bikes and the truck to unload. Finally unloaded and went to the room. The water pressure is bad. It’s a trickle.

  : The property itself was quite pretty. The outside area and lobby were enjoying to sit in and relax. The room itself was pretty dated and needs some updates, particularly in the bathroom.
  : The bathroom definitely needs to be updated. The "shopping plaza" next door is basically closed down and an eyesore.

  : The location is awesome.. there's a lot to do at the resort. Large room but very outdated.
  : There is no house keeping.. had to call every day just to get clean towels and linens. The room is very outdated. There is only room for 1 vehicle.. so we booked a family suite.. had to park across the street in the parking garage..20.00 a day. Another fee of 250.00 for something.. not even sure what it was for.. still not credited back to my card. Way to expensive for the outdated room.

  : There were a lot of amenities and activities right on the property. The room we had was huge, two bedrooms, north tower, corner unit with a full wrap around balcony.
  : The tub and toilet in the second bathroom drained slowly. And none of the pools were heated. For natives even in March the water was too cold to get in.

  : The location, staff, & amenities are great. The unit was great except for the air conditioning.
  : The air conditioning in our unit was inadequate. It never got cool in the room.

  : The location.
  : When I arrived to check in and it was after check in time, my room wasn't ready. We waited 2 hours and I had to find a manager to see what was taking so long. He made up for it and took a nights off charge. I then paid for my stay there. Then, they had just started with a new system and the system tried charging my card every night that I was there. Resulting in me having to go to guest services every morning that I was there to get the charges stopped. They were really apologetic but it was just really frustrating that I had to spend so much time getting this fixed while my girls had to wait on me every morning.

  : I liked the pool the view from the room, the hotel is nice I just happen to have a bad experience. The second room they gave us was really nice the balcony espectacular view.
  : I was so happy to go to the hotel my family and myself we checked in the girl at the front desk was very sour she took long and she gaves us room 804B we went to the room and opened it I couldn't belived the room looked like any cheap hotel. All of us went to sleep and the next day my daughter noticed a big bed bug I had a big bite my daughter and my grandaughter she took a picture she called the front desk somebody came to the room to verifed and saw it. A hour later they changed our room to 1009 this room was clean and nice.
