  : The location was wonderful. The pool was very nice and deep.
  : The gym was for permanent residents only. The bed was very soft and hot! The air seemed to work nice during the day. But at night the room seemed hot.

  : I ignored all the reviews and gave it a chance but I will never do that again! It is a old motel they call a “condo.” As soon as we opened the door we knew we made a mistake. The musky smell is awful. We didn’t have TV for five days. I reported it as directed to maintenance and all we got was the run around. This place is VERY poor managed! Even if you report an issue to them they could care less. They already have your money. I do realize it was July 4th weekend but nobody came to look at it the remaining three days after the forth we were there. We decided to leave a day early. I asked management for a partial refund for the inconvenience and they said they would refund the card on file and I still haven’t seen any refund.I opened the kitchen cabinet and there was a roach in the frying pan so we never used the kitchen stuff. I moved the dresser to look at the TV line and there were roach motels under it and under the bathroom sink. It also had little tablets underneath so apparently it is roach infested. I didn’t bring anything in my house until I washed everything just in case there were roaches in our stuff.Someone pooped in the pool and all they did is roped it off and run it for 24 hours because you could get pink eye. That was the least of my worries. How about getting a net and pick all the poop out before you let it circulate through the filter. I would sure hate for some little kid to swallow all of that.Also, the only place to hang your clothes is over the garbage can. Housekeeping does not clean in the closet so we cleaned it out and took the trash can out so our clothes would not smell like trash.Management says to report things that are unsatisfactory but don’t bother. It will do no good. All this needs to be fixed before anyone else rents it because they know all of this. It has been reported to them from renters before as you can tell by the reviews but nothing is done. They don’t care as long as they get your money.

  : Located in good area , pool and ocean front for decent price
  : Place was not clean, top of refrigerator layered in dirt, dirt in corners, couch bed had sheets loaded with sand, 1 blanket no bath or dish towels. When I emailed I received message day later saying where was I located. Next time I heard from them they said your stay was over. I was their 3 nights. It clearly stated in email what place and room. no staff on site. Silverware was rusted and crumbs in holding container. We had to buy 36.00 in towels and a blanket. We could not take back with us on flight gave it away .The only good thing about the place it was in a good area, affordable for being on the ocean. Hot tub broken, pool was good size.

  : The location was great!! We were on the beach as much as possible.
  : The microwave was not clean and inside lining was falling off due to corrosion. I did not feel confident using any of the dishes or utensils, so we bought plastics and paper. We could not raise the blinds, which would have improved the view. Water in pool was too cold to swim in.
