  : Clean...friendly....quiet...comfortable.Need outside area for those that like to sit out and get free air. Just a few seats and a couple tables would be nice.Overall, I had a very pleasant experience

Disappointing

  : We liked the second room we got because it was actually clean unlike the first room we were given.
  : The staff were pretty rude and didn’t seem like they really wanted to be there or do their jobs. After traveling 7 1/2 hours, the room we booked a month in advance was filthy. We arrived in our time slot that we picked, were given a room, and it hadn’t been cleaned at all. It was hot, stunk really badly, and was just an absolute mess. There were 2 crusty light yellow stains the size of dinner plates on the bedsheets - I’m sure you can let your imagination fill in what that had to be. I’ll add the 2 pics I took to this review, unfortunately you can’t feel or SMELL the room thru the pics. We demanded a new room, to which they thankfully were quick about. The woman at the front desk said “it doesn’t happen often but it does happen” ??? It shouldn’t ?? Whoever is “cleaning” the rooms and leaving them filthy needs to be fired if this is an occurrence that happens more than once. We left a note with our numbers at the desk for the GM to call on both check in day and check out day - never got a call or an offer for any kind of refund or discount for the debacle. The entire lobby and outside the front door smelled heavily of weed. Walked in one night and one of the 2 desk attendants’ eyes were so bloodshot, I was actually worried about her. We weren’t expecting luxury from an Extended Stay, but we did have basic expectations you have of any hotel. This place is old and disgusting, needs renovated and DEEP cleaning, the neighborhood it’s in sucks, and we will never stay there ever again.
