  : Pool, location, the amount of space. The property owner is very good and dealt with any issues we had promptly.
  : Rental company hard to get hold of. Had to contact the property owner directly in the end to discuss issues.Previous holidaymakers left pool deck messy and neglected the bins and the rental company hadn't dealt with this properly.

  : We enjoyed everything about this vacation home. The private pool was especially lovely for the kids, it was perfect size for us. The only thing we had problems with was there was no access to a vacuum cleaner or Mop bucket to clean up after ourselves. We like to leave places the way we found them to make it easier for owners and the cleaning crew but without these items it made it difficult however we did the best we could. The owners were great with communication when we had questions and even had things at the house for us to borrow or use for out stay, a stroller and pool toys for example that went above and beyond my standards of what was expected. I would recommend this house to friends and family traveling to Florida and would definitely book it again in the future.
