  : Only one pillow was supplied and we asked for 2 more and were told the hotel did not have any more pillows. With back problems we were very uncomfortable.

  : The location was good
  : Reception person was unfriendly. The bins outside all full. The room was too small we had to squeeze past the bed Lorries parked right in front of hotel during night with their engine running. So little sleep.

  : The manager closed the gate at 23.30 hours, so our car was more safe
  : The shower space was not to big

  : Handy location, good places to eat nearby- was ideal location for us as we used it as a stopover and only needed an evening meal close by. Also the breakfast in the hotel was a pleasant surprise as it had good variety.
  : The room was very small, and a bit grubby. It was very dated and a bit smelly- I checked for bed bugs before getting in the bed. The bathroom was really grim, none of us braved the shower. Somewhere between student halls and a prison cell

  : Convenient foe autoroute and restaurants
  : Reception not manned sufficiently. Pre booked room but arrived 1 hour before manned reception is open. Another couple in the same position. We both attempted to book in on outside screen to no avail as it did not recognise either booking. When receptionist arrived she could not find either booking on their system, so we both had to complete entirely new bookings. Luckily the hotel was not, at that time, fully booked. When we went out for a meal a couple of hours after our arrival there was a notice on the door stating that the hotel was fully booked. They could not understand why our original bookings could not be traced.
