  : Hotel very clean
  : We ask for a baby bed in the reservation. When we arrive no baby bed in the room.No problem, we asked the staff if they can put 1 in our room. They said they will see what they can do. 5 min later they arrive in our room with a camp bed, so no barrier to delimit the bed. Meaning very dangerous for our 1 yo baby and something we cannot use. When we explained that, the staff said that it-s not their fault, they work in the restaurant and they don't know where it is and that it's very complicated for them. We ask if they could call the supervisor. They said they are on holidays. So our night was very complicated, no surprise. During check out in the place where we had breakfast (hotel is closed on Sundays and Mondays so breakfast is taken in another hotel very close), we shared the feedback to the woman. She actually was very surprised, given she was the supervisor and didn't understand why they didn't call her. She very nicely offered us breakfast. But that is not acceptable to spend a night like that in this type of hotel
