Disappointing
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : the room was very hot, and very dark, the fans in the bathrooms didn't work, the people below were big into their weed smoking every night.

Poor
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
  : What breakfast? There was no coffee pot. There was Keurig for which we did not have the pods and when we got them it did not work. The beds and the showers were good.
  : We should have been warned about the parking lot. We couldn't get in and had no clue where to go or how to get in. Fortunately the man working on the lot said we could drive in long enough to unload. I did not like parking on a narrow busy road. There was no window in the bedroom and the only source of fresh air was a door onto a busy road under construction. My email said someone would come to greet us after 4:00. We never saw this person.

Pleasant
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
  : The location was really good, the size of the condo is good and a large balcony.
  : No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Extremely warm in the common areas and the room. We knew no air conditioning but opening window to prepare a guest against the heat would be nice.

Poor
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : It was in a good location.
  : Check in was a nightmare. We never got an email with the key code. I was able to call Vacasa and finally get it. There were no parking passes so we prayed we wouldnt get towed. The fridge was broken. We had to fix the shower curtain. It wasnt clean and the blankets were old and had holes. The screen door was hard to close and the doors didnt lock automatically like most electronic doors. We never got a working fridge. It got sent to the wrong unit, we were told. We had to throw away four and salvaged what we had by putting it on ice.
