  : Sand Piper Motel was decent. Not in a negative light. I actually did have peace of where I stayed at. The location of the motel did seem very sketchy at first. Sometimes some of the sketchiest motel locations turn out to be an actual blessing in disguise. The staff were definitely nice to me. The room was spacious as a kitchenette room. It was definitely very clean. NO BED BUGS AT ALL!!! THAT'S A PLUS.
  : It isn't the staff nor the owner's responsibility or moral obligation but I would love to see them offer cheaper rates to massively help certain homeless individuals to be able to seek shelter when it's needed. Especially since Orange County has an overwhelming amount of homelessness and limited resources available as is. I understand we can't all save everyone from homelessness, but it would make a noticable difference to be a real helping hand every once in awhile. Y'all would be a major blessing if that was implemented.

  : you get what you pay for of course but it was really nice and just homey. Would stay again. Nothing special but its a place to sleep and is close to everywhere. Its plain and basic.
