  : The hotel was nice. I've been to Commerce many times over the years and I never stayed at this particular hotel. Had I known how nice this hotel was, I probably would've stayed more here. The people were nice. We loved the room. The little toiletries accessories were different and very convenient, things you need that you don't always think of as travelers. They had a variety of breakfast choices from hot eat in or quick sandwiches for those on the go. Only thing I think they could've added in that section was a garbage can to throw trash in when preparing your breakfast. Other than that we were pleased with our stay and would definitely stay if we're in the area again.
  : Like stating above, everything was good. I have no complaints about this hotel. The only thing I wish we had in the room was the ice bucket didn't have a lid to it.

  : The hotel's saving grace was the serta bed. It was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept on. Like the no pet's policy.
  : The room was a claustrophobic's nightmare. There is no space to walk around the room. Seems it was a king room turned into double queens. I hated the sliding bathroom door. It implied a feeling of very little privacy from the other occupants. $---??

  : The lobby looked shabby and smelled a bit stale, perhaps a bit like mildew. The vacant lot with tractor trailers preceeding the hotel was scary and made me uneasy. And it seems that the hotel guests could use some lessons in manners, people were slamming doors all night long and then again at 6am. I did not sleep well and did not feel good the next day.

  : Needs a serious update. Hallway carpet looks 40 years old and appears dirty just because of age.

  : The staff! They were very kind and helpful.
  : The place smells musty, it's very humid, especially in the rooms and halls. The humidity is so high the carpet was coming up in our room. We turned the air down to find comfort. It's all very outdated and certainly not worth the amount charged. I also drink what we were ultimately charged by Booking.com was too high for this hotel. We will not use booking.com again.
