  : The lobby was bright and the staff was very kind and friendly. Especially whomever was on breakfast service on 4/20/24.
  : The room was spacious but a bit tired and there was mold in the shower. It looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned or polished up in a while. For the price, breakfast should be included.

  : The location and surrounding dining/shopping opportunities were a plus! Would have appreciated a balcony but enjoyed the verandah.
  : It could be legal now, however, the strong smell of marijuana in our room was annoying. We were offered a different room. The smell was detected throughout.

  : The shower amenities were fantastic. Having full size bottles of soaps and lotions attached to the walls were ingenious and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Being walking distance to so many big box stores, restaurants and shopping centers was incredible for a location close to the army installation, museums, parks and more.
  : There was mold in the shower, you can clearly see it was terribly patched up. More to hide the problem rather than fix it. The room was outdated, the beds and pillows too soft for comfort. The room said it was 70° but it felt much warmer and stuffier. A bathroom fan didn't exist so the humidity was off the charts. The alarm clock time was wrong and we couldn't fix it. The pool was great in theory, but the chemical levels were way off. The burning from the chlorine was so strong we didn't need signs to find the pool, you could smell and feel it. The cost of our stay was nowhere near what it was worth, we would have been better off at a Best Western or Days Inn. We paid for the name, not luxury.
