  : The toilet and the room was relatively clean and the staff seemed somewhat helpful. The location is good and you can reach the place easily by car or by trains.
  : No amenities, no shower gel, rooms are too small. The walls are not insulated properly, Woke up to banging of doors, as the walls are thin and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Staff are too money minded, they don't give you accurate information, asked about parking outside and their response was; We don't know what the City of Cologne does. Well, you do business in that city, contact them and inform your customers, its not that difficult

  : I was extremely surprised by attitude one of receptionist. I broke my leg at work, and i was forced to stay in hotel, so the cost for 10 days was about 1000 euro for simple room. Personal saw my trauma and didn't propose any help with stairs or something. No phone in the room. I wasn't able to walk, so l had to order food, receptionist didn't let the delivery go up to bring for me, so i was forced with broken leg to go down by stairs to pick my food. Thanks God, one guy from stuff helped me to bring in the room. That happened minimum 3 times. Terrible experience.

  : The personal was great.
  : The shower room did not have any ventilation except the small window and the door was a sliding glass door, so each time you took a shower all the room was very humid (the window in the room itself was covered with water mist). The bathroom was not very clean: the toilet was not cleaned.
