  : New, comfortable and very calm Hotel, basically everything you need for a business trip
  : The lady working at the Bistro for the breakfast(Tuesday) is the rudest person ive met, her place is not in the hospitality sector.Also the communication between reception and housekeeping is 0, at the day of check out, the house keeper went inside our room 3 times ( 08:30;10:30;11:00) while the check out was due 12:00.

  : The gym was clean and nice. And the pillows on the bed surprisingly perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were pretty clean.
  : The breakfast was bare minimum. Powdered eggs, cold cuts from a package, weak variety of breads, juices and cereals at a breakfast room that looked like it was in the back of a restaurant with black curtain divider. Just very make shift. If it was not for a somewhat helpful staff I would say the hotel was poor for 500 per night. I understand it was Anuga and high season but it's just not an excuse for those kind of prices. There's not even a phone in the room and the towels are so worn you would think you were wiping yourself off with a dish rag. Also no taxis could find the hotel as it is in a complex with many alleyways and each taxi that I took commented that they had never been there before. It's also 50 to get back from town. Good thing is there is a train station across the street if you can figure out the system which is not that easy being it's all in German. Finally for that price there was not even a bottle of water in the room. Simply greedy owners taking advantage of people with nothing in return. No good will or generosity. Not even a bottle of water and no mini bar or fridge to put a bottle of water in.
