  : The young lady working at the front desk was very helpful (I did not know her name). She was friendly and polite, and helped me when I needed it.
  : I apologize for the negative review, but I don't have much good to say about this hotel. When I got there, there was no one working at the front desk, and I had to call the number for someone to bring the key, which I waited for 15 or 20 minutes. And my room was at the other end of the hotel, but I wasn't able to walk through the lobby to get to my room because of the locked doors. One day, I was trying to exit the hotel through the usual entrance/exit via the lobby, but again, the doors were closed. That is a fire hazard! What if the building was on fire?! I had to exit through another way. The room had a shared balcony with another room, and when I went on the balcony, I saw empty beer cans and cigarette butts. The entire balcony was not clean. The poor, young lady at the front desk was also cleaning rooms, doing two jobs. She was so busy and tired!
