  : Bessa (Elizabeth) the manager was fantastic!! We enjoyed having a microwave and fridge in the room. The breakfast was nice to have.
  : The first room was occupied and no one knew by whom, it wasn’t in the computer. The second room had two water leaks and there were puddles of water on the floor.

  : Computers were down so we could not check in. We waited for over an hour at 10 pm and then decided to go stay at Super 8 hotel instead, where we were checked in right away.

  : Breakfast was standard continental with some hot items as well: waffles, sausages, eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal. Staff kept it well stocked even on the two busy mornings I came down for breakfast. My room (King Suite) was large and the bed super comfortable. A/C worked great! Shower was great and had good pressure. The General Manager was helpful when I had some rude door-slamming neighbors and a barking dog next to me. Plenty of soft towels.
  : The door to my room closed quietly by itself, but some of the doors on my floor slammed shut when guests came and went, and were quite loud, waking me up numerous times or keeping me from sleeping in the mornings. Be silent in the hallways and when closing doors, people- Hotel Etiquette 101. The cleaning staff also allowed the doors to slam during their cleaning of the rooms. Hot tub was super foamy which is kind of gross- cause by peoples body oil and chemicals like shampoo, deodorant etc... I understand it's hard to keep them sparkling when people get in the hot tub and don't rinse off in the shower next to the hot tub like anyone with common courtesy should. Again, Hotel Etiquette 101 and not necessarily the hotel's fault. My bathroom sink was very slow to drain but the room was spotless.
