  : Pets allowed. Open floor plan for kids to run around. Lots of bedrooms and two master bedrooms were a good size.
  : Paid for pool heat and pool was cold. Later was told the heat doesn’t work when cold outside, what’s the point then? It was refunded but disappointing that we couldn’t use the pool as we had planned. Also the kitchen was a little underwhelming stocked. Would have been nice to have a few more basics. Pans were warped and didn’t cook well. Selection of cooking items was strange.

  : The property was in a very nice location, close to parks and shops.
  : I asked for them to heat the pool for us and they charged me 198.21 for the pool to be heated for 4 nights. Upon arrival we realized that the pool was not heated and when we called, we were told because of the holiday (Thanksgiving) that it would be hard to get someone out there to turn in the heater. It was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at 2:00. They said someone would call us back and we heard NOTHING for the 4 days we were there. I emailed and nothing. So. when I got home and told them I’d like my money back for a service the did not provide or I would leave a negative review..they responded and said they’d get right back to me. It’s been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing! Do not stay here because if there is a problem they will not take care of it!

  : The House was big and nice , open kitchen, soft beds, nice neighborhood
  : The pool heating system wasnt working, so my family couldnt use the pool. which no one stated in the statements emails, and the smaller rooms had old box tvs
