  : The space was good, it was a relief when my daughters actually had a bed to sleep on after.
  : We had a bedroom that was locked with key from arrival, took 3 days to get someone to go open it. Had one of my daughters sleep on the floor with couch cushions because of this.

  : Nothing we Like. Worst experience ever. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. It is absolutely frustrating to rent with this people because they never answer or resolved whatever is happening. When we got the property the swimming pool was unclean (obviously NO maintenance) we couldn't use it, and even we call the property and Booking NO one resolved anything so they ruined our family vacations. Bathrooms with mold, NO customer service at all, NO maintenance. They only get your money and BYE that's it. So sad it has happened. We don't recommend this property at all.

  : The broken closet that fell on my son. The wobbly stool that my youngest almost fell off of. The smoke detectors beeping the entire time. And let's not forget the bed bugs.On day 5 of our trip (after days of my wife complaining about the bites she has been getting) my wife found a bed bug crawling on her. We quickly captured it and bagged it up.This property is really being managed by Vacasa which is like an Airbnb (which I didn't want to stay at, but the listing didn't specify what the property really was. So I contacted Vacasa to contact the property manager about the bed bugs at 7:30 in the morning. We had a full day at Disney so I made the call on the way to Disney.I only received 1 follow up call asking for a picture. I had to tell them that I couldn't since the bedbug was at the property in a plastic bag, hanging from the master bedrooms closet door. Vacasa said that was fine.The next time I hear from Vacasa is when I call them later in the evening where (to make a long story short) the property owner refused to move us because she didn't want to 'spread bedbugs to her other properties'.So we had to pack and get a hotel late in the evening and my kids only got to clean bed at 1am that night, and having to go to the next park only few hours later. They were cranky the entire morning to say the least.Worse was when we got back home, I FULLY expected booking to take care of this situation. Especially after washing everything that we could and spraying anything we couldn't... This took 2-3 days after we got back to fully complete, and we are still terrified a bed bug egg may have survived the trip back home, and we won't really know if they did for a couple months sadly.But booking after a week of them telling us they will help us... Gave us back about $100 only.Sadly this will probably be the last time I use booking.

  : Um. No bugs in house.
  : Pool was filthy- house was well worn. They put the lipstick on the pig.1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. 1 roll of paper towel. Pretty devoid of cookware. Kitchen was very worn. Our message said the pool had been cleaned 3 hours before we arrived. Rusty paper clips and dirt don’t just appear on bottom of pool in 3 hours. This was like the motel 6 of rentals.
