  : Big house and beautiful.
  : First day, a man came came into the house when we just arrvied caliming there was a fridge frozen. Came without a propper ID, order for the maintenance and no one notified us before him showing up. When i opened the door the guys named Paulo enter without permission and then made a call and started speaking a foreing language so couldn't understand. When called the Customer service Rep she never understood what I was saying and when i explained the situation she just said " thank you for notifying". Then when insisyed because she hung up on me, she just said that i could call the cops cause she could not find anything until the last end. Also, sheets were stained and 2 nights ago there was a rat or mouse within the house. House didn't have toilet paper so we had to buy them. Also, the house is so hot and they dont even allow you to modify temperature. Finally, is far from theme parks 44 mins away.
