  : I enjoyed that it felt more casual and family friendly. The continental breakfast was pretty nice and my children both enjoyed it. The beds were comfy and they had plenty of pillows provided. The a/c worked well on the 98 degree day we were staying there.
  : The bathroom had mildew up in the corner between the wall and the ceiling all around the entire room. There also appeared to be a blood stain on one of the pillow covers on our bed. When picking up our things and packing our items to go, I was checking underneath the beds to be sure we didn’t leave anything behind and found a thumb tack under the bed. Typically that wouldn’t be a huge concern for me but I have a 1 year old who puts everything in his mouth, I’m just glad he didn’t find it before I did!

  : The staff is really nice and helpful and their morning coffee is great!
  : We were given the wrong rooms and a weird lift room. The building is old so we also got locked out because the door lock was faulty. We had stayed here previously and lived that they were reinvesting in an old property but it really wasn’t the best trip this time around.

  : The guy who checked us in. The size of room.
  : I got bit 37 times and caught the bugs and brought the bed bugs to front desk and was dismissed because other guests were around ... i was up 4 or 5 hours in middle of the night cuz i got bit head to toe and it burned and itches so bad I had to keep cold water running over all my bites to keep from tearing of my skin it burned and itches so bad I was in tears...showed the front seat lady what had been biting me and was basically laughed at. I was tired the entire next day cuz I was out half my sleeping time. And the staff didn't care one bit. I have pictures of the bed bugs and pictures of all the bites and its been 3 days and I'm still covered and itchy and it still burns all over my forehead my neck my breaststroke both parts of both arms 7 on my stomach 6 on my back 2 on my butt and all down my legs even in between my toes and my ankle...i would been better off sleeping in my car...would been 160 cheaper too...

  : can't tell you anything because YOU canceled our reservation. I was to pay when I got yhete but my car got comprised and just got the nee on the day we left. the deal was to pay the desk when we got there not you prrautherize earlier that day. we were riding motorcycles. we couldn't a swear the phone or get emails. we'll never use you again. ever!
