  : Quiet location, great beds.
  : They called me around 6 pm and told me I needed to cancel and rebook my reservation because I have a service dog. And proceeded to tell me I booked a room they couldn't give me. I had to pull up booking.com to double-check my reservation. I booked Queen Room 2 beds, then proceeded to tell me I booked a king room and my dog could not be there.i would have to find another room elsewhere, not the facility I booked. so I called the facility back, and they did manage to find me a room.When we go to check in after 10 pm.There was no one at the front desk. She had left the premises to go across the street to the convenience store. An Arabic man came to the desk as she was walking in. Then, I was questioned about my service dog again, and what should she do if he starts to bark?I told her he would not be left in the comments alone.So.come the next morning, we were going to load (10am)the car. The dog went into the hallway. I was trying to get him in the room , and an Arabic man ran out into the hallway, stating loudly dog room 109!, dog room109!!When I was checking, i asked for a receipt, and all he would give me was a copy of my reservation.I would not stay or recommend staying here at this facility again.Rhonda Winn

  : I stated I had a pet when booking online and was charged extra when I got there. The man spoke rough english and would only take $20 in cash for my dog. Then put us in a room that had an overwhelming odor of cat urine. So we had to get a different room. This was a 1:00 am while traveling to see family.

  : This place is deteriorating, the elevator is not working, the bathroom next to the breakfast area is not working, parts of the coffee machine is not working. This was a very nice place but it is in disrepair at this time!

  : Clean room, pleasant staff, comfortable bed, adequate location, reasonable rate. I’d stay again.
  : The breakfast area had an unpleasant smell, very likely because the trash can was full.
