  : When you arrive..... the kid at reception was more concerned about getting my credit card than asking how I was. As it happened I was driving for 5 hours and exhausted and could have used some help with the bags from car to room. It seems this young man got very little training in hospitality. And the room I had was almost at end of very long corridor. When I HAD TO ASK .... yes.... someone come out to help...... but why should I have to ask? I am the one paying for everything?
  : Had to ask for help with luggage. Whoever designed the shower was not architect..... water floods out onto floor and there is a big danger of slipping..... a law suit waiting to happen? TV in room was a small $50 junk TV........ you can't afford to give us anything better? If you arrive in the dark or even in daytime.... there are no signposts even at outside entrance no lights...... why can't you put up some lighted signposts? Google maps wasn't much help. Restaurant was closed.... boy gave me a glass of milk to take to room. Which was kind and thoughtful.
