  : The breakfast was cold and not well prepared the only decent thing for breakfast was the waffle
  : The rooms where dirty. There was a dirty towel left on back of bathroom door the bed had hair on it, the bathtub had what appeared to be pubic hair in it, and the side of the toilet at the base had all kinds of hair on it. The sheets felt to be damp still either from not being dried completely or humidity I couldnt tell, but we noticed a large number of the room in the hall had the doors propped open with the deadbolt latch which one of the desk girls said thats how they know what rooms need to be cleaned so at 5:00 in the evening half the room on floor 2 are dirty still made me think they just hurried up and made the bed for us never even cleaning the room. I will never stay here again the only reason I did not leave is because your website said it was none refundable and I didnt have another 200 to stay somewhere else. Oh and I also had 7 different bites on my legs and one on my private area from that night I dont know what bed bugs bites look like but I did get bit up from something there as I was not outside to get but and woke up itching the crap out of these bitten areas

  : Breakfast was ok but not a large selection of items. Hotel was very clean and quiet. In a good location with numerous restaurants within walking distance
  : The soap dispenser in the shower did not work. And no grab bar or handle of any kind in the shower - only a bar outside the curtain.
